Congratulations goes to Mr Louden who recently won the Derry Journal Bet McLean Award for most ‘Inspirational Educator of the Year’. We are very proud of  Mr Louden and Mr Johnson who also represented #TeamLisneal in this category at the awards event.

Our Yr14 students recently travelled to Belfast to attend Queen’s University Open Day. They had the opportunity to visit the faculties that suit their career aspirations, learning more about various courses and their entry requirements. NEW YR8 INDUCTION: Mr Allen was delighted to open the doors of Lisneal College to such a large intake of new pupils. The induction morning offered our new pupils a flavour of the ‘Team Culture’ that we pride ourselves on having, whereby pupils are encouraged to set goals, work together and support each other whilst in school. #TeamLisneal BEACON SCHOOL

The 2017/18 school year began on Friday 1st September for our BRAND NEW yr8 pupils. We are very excited to have so many new pupils join our school with such promising futures ahead.
