Mrs McHugh’s Home Economics class throughly enjoyed making chocolate truffles for their loved ones today in a festive themed practical lesson. The pupils were asked to design and make Christmas truffle boxes to allow them to gift their chocolates to someone special. As you can see from the photos the pupils went to so much effort making the judging of a winner a very difficult task. Well done to all of the pupils for their hard working and fantastic effort demonstrated in Home Economics this term.
