On the 4th July 2016 our Summer School began for those pupil’s coming into Year 8 at Lisneal in September. It was an action packed week for the 60 pupils’ that took part with activities including badminton, football and basketball; making fruit kebabs and mini pizzas; making door hangers, cards and window charms; and learning to speak some basic Spanish. This week gave our new pupil’s the opportunity to have great fun and get to know each other whilst becoming more at home with their new school surroundings.
