What an amazing day Friday 8th December was in Lisneal College. World Grand Prix Darts champion and local hero Daryl ‘SUPERCHIN’ Gurney visited our students to present us with his sponsorship for our football and hockey teams. Daryl and his sister Hayley spent 3 hours with our pupils, signing autographs and playing darts. This was ‘Dreams Come True’ day as many of our boys, girls and teachers met their idol. Many thanks to Daryl, Hayley for thinking of #TeamLisneal, Matt from MDA PROMOTIONS, Dave Allen from PDC Europe, Gavin Bond from Threads@Glenaden and Winmau for sending our darts club a bundle of goodies.
